01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Onely Store ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
03Cashback & Affiliate Earnings
Cashback is earned when purchases are tracked via our affiliate links. Onely Store acts as an intermediary between users and partner retailers. Cashback amounts are subject to retailer confirmation and may change without notice.
04Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
05Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, create fake accounts, manipulate tracking systems, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.
06Wallet & Withdrawals
Confirmed cashback is credited to your wallet. Withdrawals are processed within 5–7 business days to your registered bank account or UPI ID. We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud is suspected.
07Termination
Onely Store reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the cashback system.
08Limitation of Liability
Onely Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the cashback balance in your wallet.
